Master
Grave lived in a mansion inherited from his father.
It was
built that time his grandfather was a landowner, and had many great halls
and secret rooms. Master Grave didn’t have much interest in agriculture but
loved chemistry, so he soon got a laboratory established in the mansion. There he made experiments paid by his father’s fortune, which consumed all of Master
Grave’s free time. Since Master Grave’s had no job he quickly lost money
running his experiments, but Master graves didn’t mind as he was making a ground
breaker for human history. But years went on and Master Grave’s got no results,
he was forced to make more money to move on with the project. He then opened
the mansion as a hotel for tourist and travellers, and hired a small staff as
well for it. It was quite expensive but Master Grave got a good business running out
of it, and he could continue to run his experiments. Years later Master Grave
got what he thought was the final serum that could solve his problem, but he
needed a guinea pig to confirm.
One day
when Master Grave was eating breakfast in the Hotel’s canteen, he noticed a middle-aged
guest eating for himself.
He followed the hotel guest and found out he had
checked in completely alone, which gave Master Grave an idea. At the mid of the night
Master Graves locked himself inside the lonely hotel guest’s room, and
kidnapped him down to his laboratory.
Master Grave
injected the serum into the hotel guest, and trapped him down the mansion’s
dungeon.
Days went,
and the injected hotel guest was acting strange. After running some
tests on him, Master Grave saw the mistakes of his serum, and tried to solve
it. After some time he had another serum to cure the hotel guest, which he
hoped will give great results. But the hotel guest got just more aggressive, and
Master Grave thought he also mutated a little bit. Master Grave tried again
and again, tried to solve the problem, but the problem just got worse. One day
the hotel guest escaped his cell, and Master Grave had to lock the basement.
When staff members asked why they couldn’t go down to the basement for wine,
Master Grave said the basement had some water leaks, which he soon would take
care off. Some weeks later he went down the basement with a gun armed with
tranquilizer darts and a syringe loaded with new improved serum. Master Grave succeeded
but as soon the syringe was out of the hotel guest, who at this point looked
more like a monster, woke up and ran out of the basement. Master Grave locked
the doors at the east side of the mansion, and trapped the monster once again.
Unfortunately, some of the hotel rooms were in that part of the mansion as well,
and both staff and hotel guests soon asked questions about this entire
hullabaloo. Master Graves tried to calm them down and told that the guests in the east part had left their
rooms and the part of the building was now under renovation. But the problem
just got worse…
Years past,
and one day Master Graves was trapped inside a closet. The Monster had raided
the whole mansion; it had eaten hotel guests and staff members and vandalized
all the rooms. And yet Master Graves was sitting on the floor with what there was
left of his chemistry set, and tried so ever so hard to solve the problem. Needless
to say, Master graves died in the mansion. But a group of hunters shot the
rampaging beast in the forest and the mansion was left as a haunted ruin. If
you one day go there you can still hear whispers of his last breath: “I can
solve it… I can solve it…”
